About Markham Gardens
Markham Gardens is a residential community of three townhouse complexes — 19, 28 and 29 Rosebank Drive — in Toronto, Ontario. Together the complexes share landscaped grounds, parking and common areas, and are looked after by a single on-site management office.

How we work
From report to resolution
You report it
Sign in to the Resident Portal and describe the issue. Add photos if it helps — most requests take under a minute to submit.
The office reviews it
Every request is reviewed by management, given a priority and assigned to the right person or contractor.
Work is scheduled
If someone needs to enter your unit, you'll see the scheduled date and time in the portal and be notified by email.
It's completed
You get a completion notice, and the full history stays on file for your unit.
The management office is open Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, at 29 Rosebank Drive, Toronto, Ontario M1B 5Y7.
